Updated to version 2.4. Greatly improved processing performance and added an overlay option with version 2.3. The next step up of processing speed would be to use DirectX for image data access. Worked some bugs out and did some finishing touches released as version 2.4.

I revised ELC with some email suggestions. I tried to clean up the code to be easier to follow. Removed some strange code in the analysis algorithm that appeared to be trashing the red color channel. I'm releasing it as ELC 2. I already don't like the oversight of changing the intermediate JPG's file name to a constant name. I'd like to try some additional, but similar, analysis modes.

This website is in the process of being completely revised to be compatible with a greater number of browsers and provide a better nicer looking site. The main pages are all new, and the project's pages are being updated one by one. The updated pages will need some finish work and testing, but the entire web site should be completely functional through the new pages.
