Open In CMD News

I noticed that on some of my machines, my manual implementation of this had no underscores in the name. It happily used spaces in the menu item's text, so I fixed the scripts to read "Open in CMD" releasing it as version 1.2.

Released for CMD. I use the menu option of this script myself on a daily basis. I'm thinking about making one pointed at Windows Power Shell, but personally, I'm not a fan of Windows Power Shell.
