Posted build 5. Fixed trailing blank issue with with replacement key-tag lines. This issue also cause key-tags to go unmatched when mixing Windows and Linux delimiters types. I never finished a word based replacement script and see no reason to. PHP could easily take that role. This script's purpose is to provide a simple line based template+content file assembler.

Project posted. I've been poking around at this project for quite awhile. I've got a second version who's code is a little more organized and is starting to implement word based replacements, as well as line based.
